Diversity Health Clinic is taking proactive measures to protect the health of our patients, families, and employees, as well as those accompanying patients to their appointments. Accordingly, we are implementing a NO visitor policy at our 4 Executive Park Court, Germantown, MD 20874 location.

 

Should you have someone drive you to your appointment, please instruct them to drop and pick you up, without coming into the facility. 

 

If you have any of the following, fever, cough, shortness of breath, have traveled to a COVID-19 affected area, or had contact with a suspected/confirmed COVID-19 patient, please do not present yourself at the office for your appointment. Kindly call 301-968-0105 Monday through Friday during working hours for additional screening. If you do not call ahead of time and have any of these symptoms, you may be asked to return at a later time. 

 

Per the CDC guidance on wearing a face mask in public, if you have a face mask, we ask that you please wear it to your appointment.
